Our History

We are located in the heart of the South Suburbs in Riverdale, IL, also on the borderline to the city limits of Chicago. We are a Multicultural Staff and Student School embracing all facets of learning for grades PreK- 8th and Student Services. Our school has been a part of the Riverdale legacy for many years beginning with the early years of factories and industrialization in the city. We offer Specialty Classes in the areas of Physical Education(P.E.) and Library Science as well as Multifaceted After-School Programming, Summer School Programming, Summer Camp, Male and Female Basketball, Female Volleyball and Cheerleading. We are a school that is building learners, who are leaders today and of the future.
