Pre-K Screening: July 31st - Aug. 3rd from 8am - 12 noon

Requirements:
Enrollment is limited & registration will be first come, first served
Provide PROOF OF RESIDENCY from the acceptable documentation list.

Full Day Pre-Kindergarten Class

To enroll a new student in the Patton Pre-Kindergarten Program:

- Schedule screening appointment by calling Ms. Ferguson at 708-841-2420 ext.425. Appointment must be scheduled by July 26, 2023. Pre-K Screening: July 31st - Aug. 3rd from 8am - 12 noon (**Parents must be in attendance)
The 3 steps to enroll your child are provided below:
Step 1: New Student Registration can be completed using an internet-connected device. Begin by visiting the GGP Pre-Registration enrollment form.
Follow directions to complete the pre-registration application. Please select the following choices for Patton Pre-K:

For the appropriate Grade please select PK4

2023-2024 for the Entry Year
Step 2: Gather the following documents needed for online enrollment:

Student’s Immunization Records
-
Student's Birth Certificate
-
Proof of Residency (Please view acceptable document list)
Step 3: Once the pre-registration process has been completed, you will receive an email with the subject “ School District New Student Enrollment” to create a Parent PowerSchool Portal Account. Once your PowerSchool Parent Portal Account has been created, you will click on the Forms tab which is located on the left side of the screen and complete each form.
